The CPBA Professional Liability Insurance policy has you covered

Pharmacists have several options for coverage including the required $2 Million per claim limit and an increased coverage option of $5 Million per claim and aggregate. Both options meet or exceed your provincial regulatory insurance requirements in all aspects. Pharmacists who are already insured with an employer’s liability insurance policy have the option to purchase a “Supplementary” policy that will cover you for potential gaps in your employer’s policy. It is important to note that you must hold a minimum 2M VALID primary coverage in order for the Supplementary insurance to respond. Please ensure that the primary coverage has not lapsed, was cancelled nor is invalid.
