PANL Membership Forms 2020-21

To Fourth Year Students registering as Pharmacists

Please note that once you receive your PEBC results, you will require to fill out the 2020-21 Pharmacist Membership Form(New Pharmacist). If you have purchased Student Liability Insurance through PANL, you will require to upgrade to Professional Liability Coverage, using the 2019-20 Student Liability Insurance Upgrade from Student/Intern to Pharmacist prior to July 1, 2020.  

If you are registering as an Intern please complete the regular Pharmacist Membership stating 'Intern' in the license number section. Once completed you can avail of the Student/Intern Liability Insurance.

UPDATE:

In light of the current COVID-19 situation and the extreme pressures on our members at this time, PANL is extending our registration and payment deadline to April 30, 2020. All current PANL members will be considered active until April 30.

PANL membership is a requirement to be licensed to practice in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Those who have not yet done so are strongly encouraged to register by April 30 to avoid the $100 late registration fee. As per the Pharmacy Act 2012, membership in PANL is a condition of registration as a pharmacist with the Newfoundland and Labrador Pharmacy Board (NLPB) and late registration is subject to disciplinary action by the NLPB. Pharmacists are strongly encouraged to register by the April 30 deadline to avoid the $100 late registration fee. Further, as per the Pharmacy Act 2012, membership in PANL is a condition of registration as a pharmacist with the Newfoundland and Labrador Pharmacy Board (NLPB) and late registration is subject to disciplinary action by the NLPB.

Please ensure you submit the correct form.  A $15.00 processing fee will be charged for refunds.
