AOBP Measurement Device Purchase Form

A one-day hypertension screening initiative will take place province-wide on May 17, 2022 (World Hypertension Day).

Pharmacies choosing to purchase a WatchBP Office 2G (plus 3 BP cuffs) device from PANL should complete and submit the following form and payment.

The cost is $550 plus HST.

Pharmacies purchasing and picking up machines must contact the PANL office to arrange a pick up time. To do so, please email: email@panl.net

Pharmacies outside of the metro region are responsible for arranging a courier to pick up the machine from the PANL office in St. John’s during regular business hours Monday-Friday. Please email our office with name and date of courier.
